The first annual meeting of the Homeowners Association was held on June 30, 2021. The next annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at 5:30 PM in the Columbian Grand Hall meeting room (adjacent to Casey's Pub) at 2200 Meadowbrook Rd. Formal notice of the meeting will be mailed to all lot owners at least 30 days prior to the meeting. We need as much participation as possible in order to have a sufficient quorum to elect Board members and vote on the annual budget and dues assessment. Members will have the option to vote by proxy or email ballot if they are unable to attend the meeting in person.
