The last annual meeting of the Homeowners Association was held on June 1, 2022. The next annual meeting will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2022 at 6:00 PM in the Columbian Grand Hall meeting room (adjacent to Casey's Pub) at 2200 Meadowbrook Rd. Formal notice was mailed to all lot owners on May 27, 2023. A copy of the notice can be found HERE. We need as much participation as possible in order to have a sufficient quorum to elect Board members and vote on the annual budget and dues assessment. The proposed budget includes the costs of installation of a fountain and annual maintenance with the 10 homeowners living adjacent to the pond offering to contribute towards the purchase of the fountain. If the proposed budget does not pass, then last year's budget including dues assessment will remain in place and there will be no fountain purchase. Members will have the option to vote by proxy, regular mail, or email if they are unable to attend the meeting in person.
