The last annual meeting of the Homeowners Association was held on June 18, 2024. The proposed annual dues of $100 passed by a vote of 63 to 18. The proposed annual budget passed by a vote of 67 to 16. Theresa Clay (73 votes) and Gabriel Kandukuri (66 votes) were elected to the Board.
The next annual meeting will occur in May/June 2025. Formal notice will be mailed to all lot owners at least 30 days in advance. We need as much participation as possible in order to have a sufficient quorum to elect Board members and vote on the annual budget and dues assessment. Members will have the option to vote by proxy, regular mail, or email if they are unable to attend the meeting in person.
