This website is maintained by the Homeowners Association for Phase 2 of the Mill Creek Estates subdivision in Springfield, Illinois. The purpose of the site is to provide relevant information and resources to homeowners and to communicate news, events and other important developments.


The annual membership meeting of the HOA will take place on Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at 5:30 PM in the Columbian Grand Hall meeting room (adjacent to Casey's Pub) at 2200 Meadowbrook Rd. Formal notice of the meeting will be mailed to all lot owners at least 30 days in advance. There will be 2 open Board positions to elect. If you're interested in running for the Board, please let us know by May 13, 2024 to be included in the mailing. We need as much participation as possible in order to have a sufficient quorum to elect Board members and vote on the annual budget and dues assessment. Members will have the option to vote by proxy, regular mail, or email if they are unable to attend the meeting in person.

The fountain is very close to be installed at the pond. There were a number of delays getting power run for the fountain but we are near completion.

Reminder - no one may plant or place anything in the common areas or in the pond (including the HOA property that borders the entire pond) without express HOA approval as that property is owned by the HOA.

Reminder - per the restrictive covenants for the subdivision, all new home construction and all exterior lot alterations including swimming pools, fences, patios, decks, etc. must be approved by the HOA's Architectural Control Committee. Reminder - per the restrictive covenants, containers for trash and recycling cannot be left outside except for pick-up days. Please store those contains inside your garage on the other days. Thank you.
